A beautiful and modern Villa situated in a village Kolumbera near the city of Poreč (about 15 km). The villa has a private parking, BBQ, garden furniture and a private pool. Inside of the house you will find a living room with air condition, SAT TV, and the sofa is convertible in a bed for 2 person, a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a dining area. The place has 2 bedrooms with double beds and both of them with air condition. Also there are 2 bathrooms both with showers and towels provided. The place is newly build and perfect for a vacation with family and pets are allowed for a small extra fee. Close to the village, about 2 km away is a village called Višnjan where you can find coffee bars and restaurants and taverns. And the sea and beach is just 20 min away in Poreč.
